Probably not but if you could try checking e-bay or the offical website of your product. I don't know because you didn't mention the brand. Check freecycle.org to try and get a used one free that someone else near you may not want. It is a stretch and is not likely but maybe...

logitech rarely has replacement parts. and for this model is not for the u.s. distribution so youcan not even call u.s tech support for help. try ebay or craiglist. if the connector is not proprietary you might be able to get a electronic repair shop to repin the connector.

Ive got these speakers and a real high pitch noice just started coming out of them

hello, This can due to loose connection in the stereo cable (broken wire). and also do you have earth wired to the system or the output device? This is how to check a broken wire, just simply remove the stereo jack coming from you device or PC. make sure you remove both ends, see whether the sound is gone. if you don't have a earth wired, please use a proper three pin plug. if this doesn't work, you have problem with the sound amplifier inside the sub-woofer.. you need a repair :(

How to open the enclosure???

Many speaker enclosures are glued together - this helps prevent vibrations of cabinet panels. Many panels are made of particle board, covered with a simple veneer. Disassembling the enclosure would likely be destructive.

The best way in, turns out to be via the largest driver - or woofer. The woofer is the largest speaker in the cabinet and is usually held in place by 4 screws. It can be removed without (or with only minimal) damage to the cabinet after removal of the screws with a screwdriver. Use of a battery operated screwdriver is discouraged due to the possibility of stripping the holes in the particle board. Once the screws are out, you might need to gently pry the outer edge of the woofer's metal frame from the cabinet with a small screwdriver to separate them.

Be prepared for the speaker to come spilling out of the cabinet. Wires on the speaker - if to be disconnected - should labeled as to which terminal they are connected - so the speaker will be in phase when reconnected. All wires to be disconnected should be labeled first! You may find filler material (looks like a thick fiberglass blanket) and crossover components (coils & capacitors) along with the additional wires between the crossover components and other speakers in the cabinet. Be careful to not accidentally disconnect wires from the internal components if you need to remove the filler material.

These are tips for opening most speaker cabinets - yours may differ slightly. Hopefully, this helps. Please rate this reply - thanks!

Left speaker not working

Some possibilities (your description suggests that both speakers are okay):

- a desoldered pin on the left speaker connector inside your unit or a damaged connector

- a fault or a desoldered contact on one or more components in the left channel's preamp or final amp section, or at the power supply section for that channel, also check speaker protector fuses on the board, if there are any

- a bad connector contact somewhere on the board, possibly an oxydized contact, desoldered pin or a (partially) disconnected/broken wire.

Anyway, these are just a few suggestions, but i hope they can help somewhat...

Headphone jack must be moved around to get right speaker working

You will find that sound comes from the right side speaker only when it is bent at a certain point. By trial and error you can roughly locate the point. Then you can cut the wire at that point, cut 1 inch each from both ends, strip the cables, and connect the conductors. What has happened is, due to unusual bending, the conductors to the right-side speaker has damaged (broken). After roughly locating the place and removing 1 additional inch each, you will remove the wire section with the broken terminal. Now you can strip the wires and make the connections again. If you are not good at stripping and soldering wires, better to to take it to an electrician. (You need to take only the headphone pin and parts attached to it). This repair won't cost much. Good luck!

To the two people with problems. This sounds a bit odd, but do you still have the broken remotes? I'm looking for a broken one. I'd pay shipping and throw a few bucks your way if you could send it to me.

Kef Q Series iQ1 problem

You may have broken the cross over, which is fixable by an service agent, or you may have damaged the voice coil in the mid driver. you can check this by sofly pushing the main driver in, making sure that you done push the cone, if there is a lot of resistance then you have damaged the voice coil, and you will need to replace the driver.
