Sometimes removing a radiator dislodges build up inside plumbing. Perhaps it would help ,and perhaps not, to see if the radiators have unrestricted flow. Radiators with shut off vavles can have a valve that doesn't fully open or close if not used often enough, Like the valve on a water line. Have your other half flush them out see if that helps.
