I have a word document

I have a word document but whenever I send it to print, the first page prints but then an error appears which is followed by a orange and green lights blinking, why? I just installed a new cartridge so this isn't it. It's only when I try to print more than 1 page. I try to cancel it but it won't work. I have a HP832C deskjet printer.

are u sure the taper from the catridge is off r check if its selected to print only page 1
