The earlier Honda models have a Mitsubishi DVD player for the SAT NAV Disk, ...and the 09 Models have different (Alpine DVD Player) thus earlier player will not read the later disks.
Solution is to obtain a updated disk produced for the Mitsubishi DVD player whih are available from Honda,(at a price)
I posted a solution for another person with an Impala that had a problem with the car intermittently not starting. If you can find that post and follow those instructions that will solve your not starting problem. As far as the check engine light coming on the other persons are correct. It is much better to go to an Autozone and have them pull the trouble codes. Once you have those and can post them then one of us can give you some advice as to how to solve the problem. You can also take it to a professional garage and they can check it out and give you more detailed one on one professional advice as to what the problem is. If you just guess at these things you can spend a lot of time, money, and frustration for nothing. Good luck!
