No sound

- Did it work before, or have you never heard the voice of this toy ?
- No sound from the loudspeaker, AND from the earphone plug ?
- if yes, have you tried uninstalling the sound driver (in the Device Manager, Multimedia Audio Controller), and reinstalling it (it should sit in c:\util2\drivers\sound - if not you'll find it there :
http://toughbookcentral.com/panasonic-cf-18-drivers/)
- if not (sound OK from the earphone), perhaps you have change the RAM on your device (for this you need to unplug the loudspeaker), and incorrectly reseated the small sound connector ?

Absolutely no sound from the computer at all and yet the sound test says everything is working properely... have gone on the net to try to fix with no luck

did you check to see if the speakers are muted, Go to the little speaker icon in the tray (toward the right), left click on it and open the "mixer", you should be able to see if the sound is muted there. If it isn't muted, try plugging in some earphone and play some music or something you know works on your computer. If you hear sound from the earphones, then you know your sound fuction is ok and that the problem may be the spearkers ( if this is a laptop, you could still have a spearer problem, but more difficult to fix) hope this helps.

The sound is coming out perfectly in the right earphone but it is barely coming out in the left earphone

Then you need to adjust the earphones plug in, adjust it gently and it will sound right on both earphone. It is the plug that is causing the problem. Adjusting it will solve the problem for you.

Left earphone has lower volume than right

Maybe you can try adjusting the plug, or the wire within the left earphone is rusted, or change the sound effects on a computer.

Headphone problem

Hi there and welcome at Fixya, the support team (lfete)

Please try with another pair of earphones and see if it works :O)

If it works with the another earphones, then you have to check yours :

1.See if the cable and connectors are ok
2.Try to move the cable a little bit all the way (you can move it up and down)
3.Then be sure that it is inserted the whole way in, some times you can connect the earphone nearly in to the product, that means one of the right/left side will not play.
If is still not working please return here again

Hope it helps

Have a nice time over there

Earphones right side won't play...

I inserted a drill bit that fits the exact size of the aperture and twisted it around a few turns and it is working better.
