Question about KitchenAid KSF26C4Xyy Side by Side Refrigerator
Had this fridge for about a year. All of a sudden the water line is freezing up in the back of the refrigerator. I have tried several things. Putting Armaflex around the reservoir and line as best as I could. Adjusting temperatures. Even changed the water valve. I've kept the freezer temp at 0, but I've set the refrigerator temperature at 37 (where it has been), then 38, now 39. I've taken temperatures in the refrigerator at varying places. It seems that the temperature even near the top of the refrigerator is not rising, but rather staying in the 34 degree range, and even though I haven't taken temps down near the crisper, I know it has to be colder since the warmer air rises (and because it is still freezing my reservoir every 2 days). So I'm suspecting a thermistor issue since the control board "seems" to be acting OK. I've seen a picture from a parts catalog of the thermistors, but they do not show the location nor how to get to them. Can anyone help? Thanks!
