New 667 model goes offline with "loss of power or disconnected" message under windows 7 ... old 665 model works great. No response from manufacture when email sent..... reloaded driver multiple times along with the II application.

Make sure your print spooler service is running. This article in the Lexmark website about How to Restart or Reset the Print Spooler in Windows might help you enable the service again. If problem continues, please contact Lexmark technical support for additional assistance.
1. Disconnect the printer power cord from walljack or surge protector 2. Disconnect the USB cable of printer from PC or vice versa 3. Power off your PC, Disconnect the power cord from wall jack 4. Wait for 5-10 mins 5. Connect the PC power cord and power on the PC and wait till you are able to login to your PC 6. Connect the Printer power cord 7. Connect the USB cable to PC or vice versa you disconnected.
