Question about Philips Irons
Thermistor is probably damaged, and the machine does not identify that the steam is ready (max temperature was reached) and pressing the steam button wont do anything. Change the thermistor (should be carried out by professional technician).

There's usually a button on there that you press in and that should make your steam come out.
