I can't seem to find a place to donwload the driver either but I think I actually have access to my disk. I'm going to look for it now because I recently had to do a system restore and now I need it. If I can find it, maybe I can send the drivers to you somehow.
Sorry I can't give offer a better solution. Of course, by the time I find the box (in which I HOPE to find the drivers disk) the solution will probably be somewhere in the documentation.

I found a few people online with a similar problem. Here is the best answer I found from someone else:
"The latest Skype update made my Vtech USB7100 phone unable to
recognize Skype. Vtech has no updates for the phone software, so I had
to uninstall Skype 5.xxx and look for an older 4.xxx version. When I
downloaded and installed, my phone was back in an instant. Hope this
Go to http://www.doro.dk/support/. Scroll down and on the right hand side, open VOIP-Downloads. Get the DoroUSBPhone_635ipw_1,1,016.zip file. Haven't checked if it actually works, but at least it's a start :-)
Virus,Irecently call tmobile support and after they returned the call I lost sound .....i visited sites and posts of a possible email with a virus is damaging the cells i red. recomend restoring the software.
I think you need to have a look at your connection and see if it can handle VOIP traffic.
It sounds like you are downloading okay but your upload isn't good enough.
Run the tests at Dr-VOIP and it will tell you where you connection is falling down and you can either contact your ISP to have them investigate the problem or think about having your internet connection upgraded.
I had this same problem... If you use Microsoft Outlook for emails, then this might be the solution: Open Skype and click on View, and untick the 'Show Outlook Contacts'.
Hopefully this will cull the list of contacts and will enable the Philips voip phone to view contacts again... Perhaps it's because the Outlook contacts are vCards - something which the Philips phone can't recognise?
Handset shows DISCONNECTED.
On Logitech support page lookup document 6674 (search).
Boot computer with minimum og services and programs running.
Start Logitech handset program - this starts skype.
the handset will disconnect.
As soon I start the new LIVE MESSENGER BETA - the hanset disconnect.
Therefor I installed a msn messenger extension in Skype extras.
This gives me the opertunity to use msn messenger without using the LIVE MESSENGER PROGRAM - if I do - Logitech Handset will not work.
