Replaced the drum, printer still says replace drum and print quality has not improved.

(if you did the reset, you may need to talk to Brother Support. I'm assuming you used a Brother drum and only handled it by the handles.)

Read your manual. There is a counter that goes off, that can be reset when you change the drum.
With power on and front cover open press set, then select reset drum
