what u do is take out the battery and put ur phone in some raw rice in a container and cover it for a couple of hrs n it should be fine

The phone will have to be opened and cleaned. There is probably corrosion due to the liquid damage shorting out some of the pins on the motherboard. You can clean it using an old toothbrush and some denatured alcohol. If this doesn't work, then the RF ic or port has probably gone out. They will have to be replace by your local repair shop.

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
