My Phaser 8500 will not print and has error 08,045,43:75066 - Anyone know what this means?

The Xerox support site indicates there is a paper jam to the printer, so you should check the paper tray, front and exit cover for any jammed paper then power off and back on the printer. 09,008,43:167 error on an Xerox 8560dn

The error code 09,008,43 indicates the ink is not melting into the printhead. Raise the ink loader Top Cover to access the ink blocks and make sure they slide down properly. If this doesn't fix it you gonna have to call Xerox for service maintenance.

XEROX ERROR CODE 09,008,43:10249 PLEASE HELP

What that normally means is you have one or more ink stucks not sliding down the ink loader properly.
Check to see if you have one or more ink sticks not moving freely in the loader. That is what that code means.
Here is the manual information.

  1. Remove any paper from the Output Tray.
  2. Raise the ink loader Top Cover to access the ink stick bins.
  3. Make sure the Ink Sticks are able to freely slide down the bin.

CAUTION: Do not force an Ink Stick down the loading bin.

  4. Close the Top Cover.

Phaser 8500

That is a print head movement fault.
There are 2 things that normally cause that. One is the print head pivot block becomes contaminated with ink, the other is the wiper blade tacks to the print head.
If you want instructions let me know.
