Incoming calls hard to hear even though volume is set all the way up!
Speakerphone volume and earpiece volume very low Can barely hear phone...

this sounds like a broken earpiece speaker you might be able to find a replacement one on-line and replace it or if its still under warranty send it back in and get it replaced

Yes, you can. To adjust the volume on a call, press the volume-up button during a call. There is not (as far as I know) a way to adjust the call volume when you're not actually in a call.
