My treadmill runs for 9 secons and stops and shows E1

Ok. So the first thing to try is to calibrate the speed.
You do this by doing the following:
  • With the SAFETY KEY in place, hold the ELEVATION UP and SPEED DOWN buttons for five seconds. The console will beep twice, "ENG0" will appear in the Distance window, and a number will appear in the Elevation window.
  • Press SELECT until "ENG3" appears; this is for Auto-Calibration.
  • Press START to Auto-Calibrate.
  • The treadmill will calibrate minimum and maximum speed, and minimum and maximum elevation. When Auto-Calibration is complete, the treadmill will reset to User's start screen. This process takes three to five minutes.
Make sure there are no errors. . .and that the speed goes from super slow to super fast and then stops. . .. if it stays slow. . or stays fast. .or error code appears during calibration, there is a problem.
If after a good calibration sequence, if it still does the stopping and E-1 after 10 seconds. ., then you need to (Power off and disconnect treadmill). . .then unplug the speed sensor from the lower power board, blow into the connector on the wire, and add a little contact cleaner spray to the connector on the board.
Recap: If it actually runs. . .but stops after a few seconds. . but the calibration runs and passes fine. .. .more than likely it is a speed sensor misread or a faulty speed sensor.

Setting the rpm

To identify the idle screw adjustment push in and and out with the gas throttle handle and look at the carburetor for a little finger that moves in unison with your movements. That finger comes to rest against a tapered screw - the latter is the idle adjustment. Clockwise increases the speed and vice versa. Adjust so unit runs smoothly at low speed - too slow and it will stall. Experiment.

When i drag an application around it skips or roll around the screen slow, its not like that smooth drag.

The "smoothness" depends on the speed of your CPU (Central Processor Unit), the speed and memory-capacity of your video-card, and what other "background" processes are competing for CPU cycles.

If you have a desktop computer, install a better/faster video-card.

My Tunturi Treadmill ramp is stuck in the top elevation position and will not run. I get a "Auto Syncing" message, but the machine will not run. Have tried unplugging etc, but it will not exit the mode...

Enter the testing mode after switching the treadmill POWER ON by pushing first ‘SELECT’ and then ‘SPEED DOWN’ and hold buttons pressed simultaneously.

Press ‘ELEVATION DOWN’ to decrease the elevation to minimum percentage 0% Press ‘SPEED UP’ to increase speed value and ‘SPEED DOWN’ toto decrease speed value. Press ‘ENTER’ to repeat above test or ‘SELECT’ and ‘ SPEED DOWN’ buttons simultaneously to return to the normal mode
The lift motor calibration is done manually by following the following steps: 1. Drive the lift motor to 0% from user interface (inclination display must be 0%) 2. Switch off the treadmill and unplug the power cable 3. Remove motor cover 4. Fold up the running deck 5. Loosen two screws (A) attaching the lift motor nut (B) to the incline frame 6. Adjust the lift motor nut (B) so that there is 9 mm (.358 in ) gap between the upper end of the nut and the lift motor frame Tighten the screws (A) and verify correct elevation by measuring Adjusting lift motor to 0% position 2.76in 12% position 9.646 in measurement taken from floor to bottom of motor compartment frame.

I seem to be going through a lot of gas in a short period of time. I have 3 adjustment screws on my Homelite XL 10515A chainsaw. which one controls the fuel flow and which one the idle speed

Two of the screws are fuel related: H = high speed and L = slow speed. The third is idle speed and is a limit stop for the throttle lever. Turn both mixture screws in CW to stop (lightly), and back out CCW 1-1/2 turns each. Start with H needle after engine warm-up. Open the throttle full and adjust CW until you reach highest speed with 4-stroking, but smooths out when cutting lightly. Allow to idle, and adjust L needle CW for smooth idle, but rich enough to allow engine to follow the throttle. Adjust idle speed screw to allow the chain to stop turning. Make sure to clean the air cleaner before this procedure.

Proper way to dive 2000 mazda mpv

I don't have this problem,  but to slow the jackrabbit start of this machine   place the gear selector in [2] position and you will be rewarded with a very smoth if slow start off the line.  Excellent  for  very slipper conditions.   Don't forget to upshift after you are up to speed.
