Your laptop has wifi capability. The problem is that you don't have the drivers installed for the wireless card and for your video card. Fortunately, this should be an easy fix.
Because you haven't give me the model code or what operating system you're using, I'm going to give you more general information.
1. Follow this link to Samsung's support page. http://www.samsung.com/us/support/#
2. Click "Laptops" under "Office".
3. Click the appropriate information in fields 1,2, and 3 and then click Select.
4. Click "Get Downloads".
5. Select the "Driver" tab.
6. Depending on your operating system, scroll down and find the
VGA Graphics driver and click on it. It will give you instructions on how to install the driver. Now click on the ZIP symbol under the File field on the far right. Follow instructions to install video driver.
7. Do the same as step 6 except find the Wireless LAN driver. It appears there are two drivers listed on the Samsung website. Try one, if it doesn't work, then try the other driver.
8. Restart computer after installing drivers.
Good luck, thanks for using FixYa, and please post back to this solution if you have any difficulties.

Tips for a great answer:
Turn on your computer and locate the Wi-Fi icon.
This is located in the system tray in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
The icon looks like a series of rectangles that increase in size from left to right.
Right-click the Wi-Fi icon and select "Connect to a network." You will see a list of available wireless networks.
Choose a Wi-Fi network you want to connect to and select "Connect."
Enter the password into the password text box if a password is required. If a password is not required, you will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network.
