The 3 beep POST error code usually means there is RAM failure.
Reseat the RAM, if this doesn't work try one RAM module at a time.
The RAM may be incompatible and try and use RAM from the same make and speed.

As you can see there isn't a code for three short beeps.
When you boot your system try to pause your boot up screen. See if the bios is reporting the correct total of memory in your system.

3 beeps for the AMI bios code reports Base 64K RAM failure. You can test your memory. Go to memtest.org Scroll down the site to just under the three screen shots. Download Memtest86+ V2.11
You have a choice in making a bootable floppy disk or a bootable CD-ROM disk. Once completed you boot your system to the testing program. Memtest will check your system memory.

Hi. Continues short beeps... means a short OR no power OR loose card OR system board. Test it without the keyboard and mouse too. Just the Processor with heatsink, motherboard, memory and Video card. Now add the keyboard, no mouse yet. Check also the voltage of the CMOS Battery it should be 3V.

well its quite simple.you have set the wrong latency for rams. I suggest you put a latency around 3 reset the bios and check the latencyes..you know that you must have all the rams from the computer to the same data..like all the timings or latency. good luck.. bye bye
