Everytime I turn on my HP officejet 5610, the cartridge kept on banging from side to side, with an error message on the panel "paper jammed". However, if you try checking, everything's clear.

One service center said it might be that the paper sensor was damaged.

However, I cant find any store selling this "paper sensor" part for HP Officejet 5610.

I turn on my printer and the paper jam message shows. Everything is clear inside but the printer still won't respond.

My brand new hp 8500 wireless office ink jet printer say open the carriage access door clear the jam. We took the small 2 ink cartiages out and put them in again and this keeps come up.What do we do now?...

Why are you taking out the ink cartridges??
The message says to open the carriage access door and clear the jam. The printer thinks that paper is stuck in the paper path, see if you can find it. I believe that there is also a rear door on that printer, remove it and look inside.

Paper jam in HP 4255 office jet all in one printer

the paper path may have some jam. It may have some solid particle or paper that's causing disturbance.
If not the paper moving mechanism is having problem.
Better get your printer serviced.....
