Question about Eureka Capture Upright Vacuum Vacuum
If there are no screws on the bottom part/sole plate where the roller brush is, then check the top of the hood - there should be three screws, two at the front on the raised section of the floor brush top and one below the hose if it sits to the left hand side of the machine at the bottom. Undoing them and possibly taking off the rotary dial height control should give you access to the drive belt. Be careful with the seats of the roller brush (what the brush sits in) as these are notorious for falling out and are poorly directioned as to what position they should be in.
