Start with a 40-1 mixture this should not hurt engine for a long time if you are just a casual user. The oil in the chain reservoir is chainsaw bar oil and I usually top off each time I refill the fuel. To start Turn on switch, close choke, hold throttle to open position, You may need to place saw on the ground hold down with foot in the handle while pulling cord. Once it tries to start place choke in mid position and try to start again. Once it is running place choke in full open position.

Specifications for a Mac 130 can be found here:
Chain Saw Collectors Corner
Ignition coil gap:
An index or business card is a good gap tool. Remove the plug, rotate until magnetic attraction pulls coil and card tight to flywheel, tighten the coil screws. Rotate flywheel until magnetic attraction eases, remove card, rotate a couple of revolutions and ensure nothing drags or contacts flywheel. HTH

SOURCE: fuel mixture
Mix the oil to gas at a ratio of 50:1.The oil bottle will tell you how much oil and gas you need to get to that mixture.

SOURCE: Automatic oiler has never worked
Take the bar off the saw and check that the hole that the oil comes out hasn't become blocked with saw dust. It sometimes happens also that when you are filling the saw with oil, shavings and saw dust can get into the tank and this can block the pipes connecting the tank to the hole that the oil comes out. Although it isn't really recommended, I have used waste engine oil regularly for oiling the saw. This works ok as long as there aren't any lumps in it.

It really depends on the model number of your Eager Beav er unit. Anything within the last 6 years is 50 to 1 older models can be anywhere from 25 to 1, to 32 - 1 up to 40 - 1. t all depends on the model number.
The usual fuel mixture is 40 - 1 or 3.2 oz. per gallon.
Your chain saw would have to be pre-1995 to use a mixture greater than 40-1. If your chain saw is other than that then use a 32 - 1 ratio. 4.oz per gal.
This is a great fuel mixture calculator:
If you know your model number you can use this page to get an owners / operators manual:
