Hello
Pls Service the LCD Panels of the Projector, Also check the Fly-Eye lens, just next to Lamp unit. This will solve your problem. if it's not then the only solution is Replacement of LCD Panels, But Must check or replace the external RGB Cable first befor doing all this exercise.

You have two hurdles to overcome:
1. Part numbers are not published publicly and are generally not on the part.
2. NEC parts are sold only to authorized repair centers.
How to overcome the hurdles:
1. Call an authorized repair center and ask them for the part number, or check this forum as some are listed, though I did not see the LT245 there. There are several posters on the forum that can get you the part number here:
http://www.bigscreenforums.com/forum_topic.cfm?which=11711
2. Once you have the part number, call an authorized repair center and request the part. They will give you grief as you are not an authorized repair center, but if you are polite and persist, they will sell it to you. After all they want to make a buck and you can always call elsewhere. One place that will sell them is Projector Doctor (http://online.projectordoctor.com/). Their phone number is listed on their site.
It is a little bit of a hassle, but will save you $200-$300 in labor costs.
Be sure to read the instructions on the forum above as color wheels are easily broken or damaged when they are installed.
Here is a link with images detailing how to change out a color wheel:

Note the instructions show how to clean the color wheel sensor too, just skip that part.
Good luck!

If you are using the vga input connection please take a look at all the pins and make sure none are bent this could be the reason you are missing one of the primary colors. If not check your cable pins.
