Question about DISH Network IR Remote Control
The TV 1 Out setting is based on how your main TV is connected. If you are using a Coax cable to connect to your TV, you will need to enable that. If you're using AV cables, then it can be off. That setting just tells our receiver to broadcast a signal through the coax port. Let me know if you have any other questions!
