You can get instructionsfrom the Micheal Kors web site.
Enter (copy this) "www.michaelkors.com/category/assistance/service/KORS_Instruction-Warranty.pdf" into your search engine and you will see a long list of instructions and diagrams for the various watches they make.
Choose the one that looks like yours.

The only place you can get a replacement band for a MK watch is from MK. You can contact them and see if they will ship to you, but my best guess is you will have to wait the 8 weeks. Sorry.....good things come to them that wait!! Best wishes.

SOURCE: How do I remove links
Turn the watch on it's side and you will notice small pins or screws holding the links together. You will need to push these out of the links that you want to remove. A special tool is needed to do this or you may bend or break the small screws. Click on this link below to see pictures and view diagrams that show how to remove these links:

Pull out the center dial. It has two stages when you pull- first is to adjust the day, second is to adjust the time.
