SOURCE: Remote not working
If this TV came with an universal remote, try pressing the TV key. Sometimes it works.
If that did not work any other RCA, GE, Proscan universal should work.

It all depends on the Logitech remote's Harmony features. Can it you place your original Toshiba remote IR sensor up to the IR sensor on your Logitech and learn from the Toshiba remote?

Sometime the remote codes are incorrect on the harmony remote website, if your original remote for the TV has separate buttons for inputs then you can teach those commands to your harmony remote.
Log into your harmony account, select trouble shoot for your TV and select not changing inputs properly. The onscreen wizard will walk you through the process.

Hi. If you do not have the original remote for the device, you can call Logitech support. They have the ability to copy in commands for you that other customers with the same model TV as you have learned.
Hope that helps :)
