I have a HP pavilion zd7000a and I decided to hook up the tv tuner in my office. I keep getting the same error message when I hit tv on the remote ''divers incompatible with media center'' HP repaired my computer a year ago and put in a ATI card and this is the first time I have used this devise. I have downloaded every driver HP has sent to me and none will work. I am using xp media center have re-installed the software and still can't get it to work. As you can image HP in India can only do so much. Thanks Barbara

If the computer appears to shutdown and then attempt to restart without displaying an error message, do the following to disable the automatic restart on error setting.
Click Start , right-click Computer , and then select Properties .
Click Advanced system settings , grant permission to continue if prompted, and then click the Advanced tab.
Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section of the Advanced tab.
Deselect the Automatically restart checkbox under System failure .
Click OK to close the Startup and Recovery window, click OK again to close the System Properties window, and then close the Control Panel window.
Restart the PC.
Disabling the automatic restart setting allows time to view the error message that displays on the screen. Contact the manufacturer of the program or device that is causing the error for specific information about the error message.

If are talking about the Express Card slot into which the ExpressCard TVTuners are installed, it should be located on the Left side of the Notebook.
Please go through page number 18 of 266 in the Manual of the Notebook which is available through the link below which shows you the exact location of the Slot :
By the way, HP no more sells the ExpressCardTV Tuner Cardsin HP Shopping.
Only USB TV Tuner Cards are available from HP.
However, you should be able to find Express Card TV Tuner Cards from other Manufacturers.
