Cervical distonia.. The mass in my neck is going down considerably, does this mean the torticolis is going away?

The mass in your neck is a muscle that has contracted. IT is not really a mass. When it starts to relax there will be a reduction in the size of the bulge where the muscle had constricted.

You've posted this question five times. When you post for the sixth time, PLEASE specify northeast what. Northeast Australia is quite different from northeast Canada, for example.

I fixed my hitachi magic wand, but now I cannot get the silver ring back on during the final steps of reassembly

rotate the head/neck part, one of the sides is not aligned with the notches in the bace of the neck. rotate it to fit right then you should be able to fit it on easily

Pillow support

Memory foam neck pillows come in many varying densities, sizes and shapes. Usually, when you seek out a chart for memory foam pillows, they give you suggestions based on your height only. While that is a good start, you need to also consider the following: Do you sleep on your side, back, stomach or a combination of all three? Do you prefer a small, medium or large pillow now? What kind of pillow are you used to sleeping on? Is it firm, medium or soft? Do you suffer from neck pain? Knowing the answer to these questions will help you in selecting the right memory foam pillow, or may suggest that you would prefer a different pillow altogether. For example, if you sleep on your stomach, a neck pillow might not work at all. You might want to check out a memory foam pillow that's shaped like the standard pillows we all grew up using.
