Can Richmond tankless heater which is now LP be converted to natural gas?

If it can, then it is done with dip switch settings.
Read your product manual.
Switching types of gas, and messing with dip switches is dangerous.
LP gas burns much hotter than NG, and LP pressures are much higher than NG
Call Rheem with serial number and they might supply the information to you, but will likely tell you to call service technician... leaving you in exact same spot you are in now.

Can you convert a natural gas rc80i n waterheater to propane

Contact manufacturer.
Generally the answer is probably no, especially if you have a family, children, dog and neighbors.

Propane burns Hotter and has more pressure than natural gas.
Burner must be more robust cast iron.
Orifices must be changed to accommodate different gas.
Different gas control valve needed.
In some cases there are dip switch changes for type of gas and altitude above sea level ... the higher the elevation, the hotter gas burns.

Here is expected result from changing NG to LP.
But your good luck might lead to less volatile result

What does it take to convert a Rinnai R75LS water heater from propane to natural gas?

Contact Rinnai.
Gas control valve is different, burner is different, burner and gas valve must match, threads are regular instead of reverse, dip switches probably have to be changed since combustion of NG is not as hot. Maybe different sensors. Pressures are lower with NG.

Rinnai 2532 error code 10

Error Code 10 Problem: Reduced or no air supply to the water heater or there is an obstruction in extracting the flue gases out.

Solution: Make sure that the recommended Rinnai venting is used, there is no obstruction in the venting system, no reduction in diameter and lengths are per instructions. Also make sure that nothing blocks the venting system or fan, and that dip switch and condensation collar are set properly.

Good luck,

Marty

Change dip switch setting and were are the located ?

Dip switches are located on the circuit board.
These switches are for changing temperature and altitude etc, and depending on brand and model, the switches settings are different.

Rheem RTG53DVP code 82

Before calling service technician, open following link for resources including error codes, Rheem chat and possible manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-Rheem-Tankless-water-heater.html

Error codes are considered start-point for troubleshooting, and give service technician direction for isolating problem.
Error 82 appears as 'gas type data failure' > 'Program PC board for proper gas type.'

Gas type is choice between LP gas and NG natural gas.
Gas type programming is controlled with dip switch setting.
I do not have service manual for product, and would not suggest changing dip switches without specific information beforehand.
