Question about Minolta DI-2010F Copier
I have a Minolta CSPRO EP 2010 copier. When I introduce a paper for a copy, it comes at the other side without printing.I have open the upside to see what is wrong and I have notice this:
WHEN THE PAPER IS CROSSING THE SYSTEM THERE IS NO LIGHT INSIDE THE MACHINE AND THE UNIT CARRING THE LAMPS IS NOT MOVING AS USUAL.
If there is no light coming from the lamp in the scanner and the carriage is not moving this is a serious problem. It could be that the main board is bad. Typically the exposure lamp is just burnt out but if the carriage is not moving something more serious is not working. Just to verify open the document feeder on top and press the start key. You should get an error code if the lamp does not work.
