There is no calibration for that printer. You can align the printhead, clean the printhead, run nozzle checks all from printer properties in your control panel under maintenance.

1 - yes, you do that by selecting a different color profile in Printer > Properties > Color Management. In there you can select between different profiles or you can load up your own - this can be done only with professional tools and testers, you should select between the present ones till you get the one that matches the best.
2 - no, the resolution is fixed.
3 - no, that can be done only with another software. If you have scanned as pictures then a soft like
will allow you to do that. For pdf's there are no free programs that can do it, you will have to buy one.
