There maybe a wireless icon on one of the "F" switches normally F2 press the key Fn together with the "F" key that has the wireless icon on

Simply press the WiFi on/off key (it's the first key from left to right, between the "Power" button and the laptop's keyboard). A message should appear on the screen telling about the WiFi adpter's state (on or off).
