SOURCE: motor running, water supply adequate but when

clean whole water supply and outlet from all debris, clean inlet filter as well. connect water and pressurise washer, pull trigger and wait about 3sec for pump to activate, if pump do not activate adn you have pressure from nozzle as it will be from main, this determines pressure sensor (it is extremelly rare for pump itself) is damaged.

check if you have still warranty, this will qualify as warranty repair, if warranty is expired, pressure sensor need to be replaced.

if you find my advice useful, please do not hesitate to leave your remarks and vote for me, thanx!

SOURCE: Type- KEW Hobby waterblaster-

Pump oil is 20 or 30 weight non-detergent motor oil. SAE20 or SAE30.
Pump oil fills about half-way up inside pump. Look for fill mark or read manual.
Of course you saved the manual, right? So you're not in line at fixya wanting a manual for some product made 5 years ago in China by a company that doesn't post manuals. Or manual is available in Italian and German with pages missing.
If this is gasoline-powered engine, do not turn machine upside down to drain oil or 10-W30 engine oil will drain into carburetor.

Does the waterblaster have a cut out button and if so where is it?

Modern electric pressure washers all have a presuure cut out (some older ones do not). When you let go of the trigger, the water pressure increases, which pushes a small plunger held by a spring. The plunger operates a switch which cuts the power to the motor. Without knowling the make of your pressure washer, I cannot help with the location of the switch, but I would expect you to find it close to the pump outlet, probaby in the pump casting. A common fault is for the plunger to jam up due to dirt, etc in the water, and the pump wont turn on when you pull the trigger.

Why does Grundfus bell pump dry runs won't turn off?

If you have a switch of some sort to tell the pump the house needs water, look there first.

Pool pump not pumping

A few things to look at-

  • Did you fill the pump pot with water?
  • Check to make sure that the pot lid o-ring is in place.
  • Verify that your plumbing is sound and has no suction leak.
  • Check water level in pool.
  • Make sure the voltage is correct. Many pumps come pre-wired for 220v. If you have 110v supplying the motor it will run at half speed. There is a diagram on the side of the motor showing how to convert to 110V. Make sure that your supply is 110v before converting the motor. If you switch the motor to run on 110v and hook it up to 220v it will ruin the motor instantly.

The pump motor on the dispensing water is the problem. Pump motor problem is cause by no voltage power to motor, burnt motor winding, switch faucet on dispensing water, water supply line has jam, check it if you can if not, call a refrigerator service technician to do the job.
I hope I help you with your problem. Thanks!

WATERMILL SHOWER PUMP - On turning on the shower

This sounds like a problem with the flow switch(es) that control the operation of the pump motor.

When the pressure decreases I assume that the pump has switched itself off - check this before going any further, but I will assume that this is the case. (If the pump is still running when the pressure decreases then you have a really strange problem and I would need to think again).

The pump motor is controlled by flow switches on the outlet side of the pump - when the shower valve is opened the flow of water activates a switch that supplies power to the pump motor. There will be one flow switch on the hot outlet from the pump and another on the cold outlet.

I assume that one or both of the flow switches is not operating correctly. This can be either a fault with the switch(es) or insufficient water pressure on the inlet side. Has anything changed that might have reduced the pressure on the inlet side of the pump? Have you moved the water tank that supplies the pump? (cold water storage tank)

If there is adequate pressure on the inlet then one or both of the flow switches is not working correctly. To further diagnose the problem try turning the shower valve to cold water only and test the operation of the pump, then turn it to hottest and test again.

If the pump operates correctly on cold only or hot only then the associated flow switch is OK, and the other one is faulty.

Replacing a flow switch is not difficult if you are reasonably handy, and I am happy to provide further help if you need it.

No voltage at water pump plug on MK 101 off switchbox.

The Capacitor is only for starting the main motor and not the water pump. Like you said, if you connect the water pump to 110V it will run so there is a problem with how it is wired to the on/off switch. there should be a white wire (neutral) permanently connected to the pump and the on/off switch should supply power on the black wire when turned on.
