Question about Panasonic KX-T7633 Corded Phone
Several people in the office do not have personal greetings recorded on their phones and I can't tell them how to do it. I only know how to change the greetings for the administrator (me)
It's done in the same manner. You dial the voice mail port from the extension and it should gate into the user's mailbox...if it exists.
By default the extension is 165 or 500, but it could be different.
If they never had working voice mail, they'll probably get the tutorial. If they did and it's someone else's box, you can delete it as an administrator (from 999 not 998) and add it again and it will clear the box and come up as a new user.
Once the box is established from remote or a different extension than their own, they can press #6 *ext at the main greeting to access their mailbox.
