SOURCE: Can't find light kit to fit 52" Hampton Bay ceiling fan

I've found that Hampton Bay has it's own light kits, available only from them. The others (generic) aren't the same size. Hampton Bay fans are made exclusively for Home Depot. They are made by a few different manufacturers but only Home Depot sells them. I would have Home Depot customer service get a brochure for you so you can order what you need, if they don't stock it.

That's a low-end store brand for Home Depot only. Sounds like you need a new receiver. Make sure if you have a pull chain on the light that you pull the chain to the on position.

IT TURN TOO LOW, IN ALL SPEED.NO MAKE SOUND RARE,YOU CAN COUNT THE TURNS. RELATIVE NEW ,USES OCASIONAL AND NO MORE THAN TWO YEAR BUYED.

It sounds like the power wire and the neutral wires may be backwards. This happens when these wires are switched around and is called reverse polarity. You didnt say if you had a light kit on the fan also, this would change some of the wiring. Instead of having 3 wires, you will have 4. Black, White, Green, and Red. If no light kit is installed, you will usually not have a Red or have the Red hooked up. Try taking the Black wire and the White wire and switching them around. Be careful and make sure the electric breaker is turned off before doing any of this. Hope this helps, any more questions, feel free to ask.

Electics for fan off honda crf250r

If you are talking about the CRF250r and not the CRF250X. I can probably help. I put a Fan on my CRF450R.To avoid over talking it without a specific question, what the X model has that the R model dose nt have is a clean DC power source, fan mounts, or Thermistat switch.

None of these are a big problem except when talking to other people to find out what you need.

I used a 2005 250x fan kit on my bike it comes with the most basic kit, a fan & a thermal switch.

Then I orderd a condencer from trail teck, to use instead of a battery. Not likly to ware out, and I, am not using a fan when the motore isnt running.

I alsoe neded a DC regulator. Basicaly all I am doing is adding a basic DC light Kit to my bike in oder to ad the DC Fan in its place. I run boath
I could not get any information on the fan From Honda without ordering one and testing the draw on my own.
It draws very little, a 250X youses a 35What light bulb wich is small and still can run the Fan.
The stator on the 250r has two leads making AC power. The aftermaket stator you buy should have two leads pluse two more leads that can be run as AC or DC light depending on if you yous one or boath of the extra wires.

Here is a link to see some one using the kit. IF I an figure ou t how to do it I will do one myself

Ceiling fan lights do not work

You may have shorted out the light kit. Did you remove the other bulbs and put in new ones? They may have all blown when you heard the noise. Try that first, and if it still doesn't work, you may have to buy a new light kit. They are not expensive, and you can buy one without the glass bulb holders or cans, whatever you have. Then you can still use yours after you install the new light kit. Good luck!
