Question about Sony Bravia KDL-40S4100 40 in. LCD TV
I have the SONY BRAVIA KDL-40s4100 and it has been working great since I bought it 4-5 weeks ago. This past weekend I turned the TV on and the Power Light came on but the screen never appeared. I did the factory reset and still no picture or any screen appears despite the power being on. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what is wrong.
This seet should provide some diagnostic help. The standby light should be blinking a repeated count with a pause. Post that count here. Also, is there sound?
The above info will indicate the problem circuit which will then suggest the remedy.

Please check whether the connections are secured between the TV and the connected devices.
If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.
Try connecting the TV to a different wall outlet and check if that helps.
Please connect a different device to the TV and check whether the issue persists.
If the issue still persists service of the TV is determined.
