Hello from Australia. My Heller HWDSE12 dishwasher is stuck on an error code (it beeps for about 30 seconds and the drain pump goes for about 1 minute) I figure I have to contact a technician, but was wondering if there was a way I could reset the error (ie: pushing a combination of buttons of something along those lines?) The manual doesn't tell me anything on the way of reseting, and I've tried turning off power for a few days etc. Cheers
The manual shows there are 3 possible causes of the alarm
1. water supply is not there
2. drain time is too high - possibly a blockage in the kitchen sink drain
3. the water overfill in the base.
Most likely the cause could be 2 or 3. If kitchen drain is clear then the reason could be a faulty overfill switch at base of dishwasher assuming there is no water collected at the base where the motor and pumps are located.
Sams answer was good!
I tried to locate the manual with google, but unfortunately had no success. You could get the Heller HWDSE12 manual from here, they have it (as soon as I am sure).
SOURCE: Electronic controls don't count down properly
you have to replaced the main control resoldering wont fix it because the relay itself has gone bad replacing the board will solve the problem
SOURCE: Bosch dishwasher is stuck on drain cycle
cause is water in the bottom tray which operates an anti-flood switch and all machine will do is drain.
disconnect from mains
remove bottom panel and mop out water and it will work. if fault re-occurs, then you have a leak which you will have to identify

I suspect for either of these units that the timer control boards are bad.
SOURCE: heller dishwasher error 004
Hi all,
this error (004) means that there is an overflow....To solve it do this:
1) Disconnect the power to the dishwasher
2) Remove the left cover (to do it remove all the screws..2 are located under the top and 3 behind the front lower cover)
3) Dry very well the bottom plates where is the motor and the electrics wires.
4) The overflow switch is a floating contact, so check that there is no water under it. (You can check it pushing gently the contact).
Before reinstall the cover check that the dishwasher is working fine!
IF YES.....WELL DONE MATE YOU SAVED YOUR MONEY!
Cheers....Aldo
