Question about Gateway GT4010 (RBGT4010) PC Desktop
There's a million things that could be wrong. You may have an outdated, buggy version of whatever software you're using to play the DVD, for example.
I'd highly suggest simply trying a different program to play DVDs. The free, safe one that I use is called VLC, available from here:
