Replace 1/4 speaker input jack. I do not know the manufacturer part number.

You'll need an interface for your computer. An interface takes your microphone or mixer signal and transfers it via usb or firewire to the computer so the software recognizes the signal. There are many available and most come with software.
Try to find an interface that will include full-version software, not a demo. Some interfaces have issues with Vista, just check with your local store of choice to make sure it will work. One of my favorites is the Tapco Link.USB which includes a full-version of software with a pretty simple interface.
