SOURCE: Fuses keep blowing

probably to much voltage going through i would see the maannual to see if there is any way to lower the power going through

Or your using a fuse which is to low and need to use a higher voltage fuse

SOURCE: the thermal fuse in my Raypak 105B pool heater keeps blowing.

The thermal fuse react to rollout flames from the burner. Whatever caused your first one to fail caused the second and will continue to be a problem until fixed.

You could have a clogged up heat exchanger from soot and/or debris. You can also have problems with clogged burner tubes.

Finally, you could simply have wind issues that would require a high wind stack being installed on the heater to correct.

SOURCE: Raypak minivolt pool heater ran out of gas was

Make sure you bleed out your gas line and clean the electrical ternimals on the wires. Other than that it will be a weak pilot and will need a new assembly or a bad gas valve and will need a new one. These can be checked with a milivolt meter as they are expensive to go part changing to repair.

Could be several things. The heater should still be under warrantee. Have RayPak send a tech over, any DIY will void the warrantee.

Pilot lights but burner won't light. Display continues to read SPK

On these units, the pilot ignitor and the pilot rectefier are the same part. The pilot can be lit, but not be sensed by the rectefier/ignitor. This will keep your burner tray from igniting. You need to replace the ignitor assembley. If it is the same as the raypak digital 406a I charge about $75 for that part, and it takes about 20 minutes to install. Need the part or more help e-mail me. adamh@newconceptchem.com

Raypak pool heater - error code is "FAN"

In models older than 07-07 it typically indicates a loss of the pilot light.
In models newer than 07-07 it is probably the air switch not being activated, or it has just failed. Check air switch tubing for secure connections.
