SOURCE: error code E000001-0003 on Canon CLC 3200

E001 on a canon is a fuser problem. check to see if the fuseer lamps come on, if yes then the problem is a Thermistor (controls the temperature of the rollers) change.

SOURCE: On Canon iRC 3200 Laser Printer:: streaks of fainted print

if one side prints well its not the fuser, plus those fusers normaly make alot of noise when they start to act up. right above the bypass tray is a cover with a screw in the front of it. remove this and inside is the ITB belt(two blue handles) if you pull it out there is a metal plate on the bottom bending this up can solve this problem. the paper can drag across this plate causing streaks.hope this helps.

What's your problem?jam single check cant remove from auto feed tray. I opend side door I dont see the check. where is it? scx-6345-N

It is difficult to get the check for reuse. It can be located. If the printer is not flashing signal of paper jam then take a test print on A4 size from the printer with full page matter. If you are getting this print with smears in particular area of the paper then you can be sure that the check is wrapped around the fuser roller/film inside the fuser assembly. The fuser assembly is located at the rear side of the printer which will be visible only after opening the back door/cover.

I think i have a fuser error. When I print something the right side of the paper is very light in color. If I print multiple pages, it gets lighter by every page.

Put paper in the manual feed tray. Print. When the page gets half way into the printer, open the cover. Remove the toner. Look down at the paper. Is the right side lighter than the left? If yes, replace the toner cartridge. I don't believe that a fuser could cause your problem.

Canon CLC 3200 error 000002-0102

Hello,

This is mainly caused by Power Problem in cannon 3200, Change the complete fuser assembly as one of the thermistors has gone open circuit, just by ordering up the single parts costs the same as buying the complete thing. Also, if required, reset the code *28* function.

good luck, feel free to get more assistance, do rate the solution if got help.

How do i stop my printer from leaving ink streaks down the right side of my pages?

I was going to suggest removing the fuser and looking at the rollers, but on this printer it's a major operation.
Instead let's run the half test. Put paper in the manual feed tray(tray 1). Print to the printer. When the sheet of paper gets pulled about 3/4 of the way in, open the top cover. Pull out the toner cartridge. Look down at the paper. Does it have a streak down the right side? If yes, replace the toner, if no, have the fuser replaced.

If you are getting a "shadow" behind the text or image it is probably your fuser that is causing the problem. Anytime you see a double image or the print is smearing the fuser (aka fixing assembly) is to blame. You can troubleshoot the problem to see for sure before calling out a technician. Send a one page test print job to the printer. Open the rear "output" tray so that the print job exits the rear of the printer. Watch the paper as it is pulled into the machine. When you see the leading edge of the print exiting the printer open up the front door of the printer. This will of course cause the machine to jam up but its worth it. Carefully remove the toner cartridge. Look at the print on the page still inside the machine. Do you see the same grey image? If not then the problem is the fuser. If you do see the grey image then the problem is the toner cartridge. Stopping the print job in the middle of the printer like that allows you to see what the image looks like before it goes into the fuser. If the fuser is the problem call a tech. It is about a $100 - 150 repair for the fuser depending on the labor rates where you live.

Printer now not printing, as it says there is a paper jam

it sounds as though your pick up rollers are worn. when the oprinter can not pick the paper from the selected tray (tray 2 in your case) then it shows up as a jam. to sort this you will need:

One of these: RM1-0036-020: PAPER PICK-UP ROLLER ***'Y
Two of these: RM1-0037-020: PAPER FEED ROLLER ***'Y

Hope This Helps
