Printing Problems to my new Copier

Hello My shop just got a Toshiba eStudio 65. Every time i try to print to it from my Apple G5 with Mac OSX 10.4.10, it gives me the following error. ERROR: unregistered OFFENDING COMMAND: show STACK: and that is all i get from it. I've tried restarting the printer and my Mac... nothing... The fact that I'm even getting an error from it makes me believe i have it hooked up correctly, because it sees that im trying to print to it. Toshiba wants $120/hour to fix it... please help me. Nick

The Toshiba eStudio 350/450 copier is one of the more popular copiers available in the marketplace. It has several features that make copying, printing and faxing easier, such as password protection and customizable settings. There are times, however, when a lost password must be recovered. Toshiba has provided a simple method to recover the password and, if need be, reset the copier settings.
Resetting a copier to its original settings is a simple way to fix several problems.

Step Make sure the machine is off. While holding down the "0" and "8" buttons on the keypad, turn the copier back on. Keep holding the "0"' and "8" buttons until the copier lets out a long beep. This will activate "Test Mode D."
Step Type in '263' on the keypad and press the green start button. The password should now show up on the copier's screen. At this point, you can type in a new password if you choose to do so.
Step Press 'Set' to set the new password. Turn the machine off, wait fifteen seconds, and then turn it back on.
Step Go to the functions you wish to reset through the main menu and press "Function Clear." If prompted, type in the password. Repeat for any function you wish to reset.

Printing from a mac OSX.5.8 to a Sharp copier AR BC320?

You will need to purchase the Post Script Driver for that model. Sharp Copiers require a product key code to enable post script on their copiers. A sharp dealership will have to sell it to you as well as to get the product key code for the postscript driver.

Disk Drive spits out brand new DVD+R DL cds

The drive in the G5 may not support DL discs. Open the system profiler (From the apple menu, select 'About This Mac' then select 'More Info'). Click on 'Disc Burning' in the left hand column. You will now get the details about the disc drive including which discs are supported.
