The best way is to check on all virus and maleware 2- download new version of windows3- if blue screen come back again while doing installing then you need to open the laptop from the back where the ram is and clean it and clean the slide4- you need to check on hardisk , open laptop from the back where the hardisk is and test outside
5- didn't work you need to open the laptop and check for capacitors and mosfests and i would recommend you to start with the bios ciruct ( clear cmos would be the first option )
