Messages and calls to a cellular phone are associated with the SIM card (GSM phones). If you turn the phone off and remove and re-insert the SIM card, then power on the phone, you should get your messages and maybe missed calls.

there's also another way. you have to buy a sim card from your provide becuase your current sim card might be broken.
