SOURCE: No output from ipod
are you using the holder things that are supposed to hold the ipod steady in the dock, if so take it out. my ipod only works in there if its by itself.
although now it wont play any sound from my ipod (movies or videos) but will play sound from dvd and tv. any suggestions?

You can set the time in settings menu.To access the setting menu:-- 1) Press the >/II to display the settings menu. 2) Now in the settings menu.you will see the options as follows:--- a) Audio. b) Display. c)Timer. d) Play-mode. e) record. and f) System. ------- You will see this six options in settings menu. 3) Press the volume + /- button to access the menu item. 4) Now to adjust the time/date/set language/view system info/and to reset default.You will have to select the option (F).The option (F) is System.In system you will see all the settings to set time. 5) Press the >/II to enter the item sub menu. -------- Read the procedure carefully and follow it properly. 1)touch and hold both the M and E touch pads for at least 1 second to enter clock setting mode- the hour digits will now flash
2)set/change the hour by touching either of the the arrow touch pads on the top panel to increase or decrease the hour digit
3)when the hour is set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
4)the minute digit will now flash. Set the minutes by touching either arrow touch pad on the top panel to increase or decrease the minutes
5) when the minutes are set correctly touch the E touch pad to confirm
the clock is now set
