SOURCE: GE microwave Turnable turns on opening the door
Thanks for the photo of the label!
It shows the FCC ID number, which I used to find schematics at the FCC Web site.
The problem is a shorted primary interlock switch.
This is the door switch which has two black wires connected to one terminal and a black and a blue wire connected to the other
terminal.

SOURCE: GE Advantium 120 Microwave fan stays on, off only when door open
Looking at the schematic in the service manual here, I would say relay RY6 on the small sub PCB (relay board) has shorted contacts.
That's the relay that runs both the fan and turntable.
It's possible that it may be a bad connection or driving component on that board, but in my experience, it's virtually always a stuck relay.
The part number on the relay as shown in the photo is hard to read, but it looks like "OJ-SH-112LM".
I should have one of these or I can point you to one if you want to contact me with the exact number.
Feel free to contact me directly (and please remind me of your
full model number) for more information & help.

Also turntable stops properly according to timer. Light turns off according to timer and turns on when door is opened, just like it is supposed to. It seems that the circuit that controls magnitron power is the only problem, It is "stuck" on when the door is closed whether a cooking cycle has been activated or not.
Problem fixed!!! I opened the door, while open I jerked it up and down and rapped against the inside of the oven on the right side with my fist. Oven works perfectly again.
I had the same problem this morning...read your "problem fixed" solution, and repeated it on my microwave...works perfectly again :)
