TYPE IN BJCHYAU1 IN LOWER CASE LETTERS.WRITE THIS PASSWORD DOWN IN CASE YOU HAVE THIS TROUBLE AGAIN. HOPE THIS HELPS.AFTER YOU GET INTO THE SYSTEM REMOVE ANY PASSWORDS IN THE BOOTUP SECTION OF THE COMPUTER.

Not all Dell code generators work on the the service tag ending 595B even though they state they will. Only Dell have the master password generator for that tag ending.
If you are the outright owner of the laptop and you can provide proof of purchase Dell will give you the code themselves for no fee.
If you are the owner then I suggest you give Dell customer services a call. Below is a link to Dells support website where you will get a phone number for them.
You should find it easy to use and Dell's customer service are very helpful.
