Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
I have a work e-mail and a home e-mail set to be received on the Blackberry and both were working fine. A couple of days ago I stopped getting the work e-mails - how can I "reset" it or make it work again? Emails are being pushed to my Blackberry but deleting from the server. There doesn't seem to be a function that tells the server tp leave a copy of the message on the server. This would allow my computer to receive the message too! Is this an oversight? I did notice in setup that Blackberry could forward a copy of the message but that's not what is needed. Help!
The setting should be on your phone. Either delete the account on your phone and reset it up. Or check the email settings option.
