Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
EtHard to see on your video, but the blue cable - is that the one you are using to connect your printer to your computer? That looks very much like a network cable. Is that correct?
To connect the printer directly, you have to use a USB cable. If you use an Ethernet cable, the printer has to be plugged into your router or switch, or it will not get an IP address. Check the user guide here: http://resources.kodak.com/support/pdf/en/manuals/AiOPrinters/ESP7/1K3397_SETUP_BOOKLET_ESP7_en.pdf
What does your setup at home look like? - Router, Computer (OS), wired/wireless?
If you need more help, let me know and please provide some details.

you need to use the head cleaning tool in the printer properties, youll
need to keep running it untill it runs clear and it uses alot of your
ink while it does it.

no,ink cartridges cannot be refilled .kodak printers dont recognize refilled cartridges and as such, ink price is very reasonable, clear liquid is white coloured ink. no cartridge resetter is available, cartridges are seated in the printhead of the printer

Kodak printer works with genuine Kodak cartridges and that too brand new not refilled cartridges. The brand new cartridges have a certain code that is recognised by the Printer.Kindly buy genuine cartridges as the printer may be damaged by Non comaptible cartridges.

SOURCE: Kodak ESP 7 WIFI problems
The ACTIONTEC GT124, M1000 and PK5000 Routers are not compatible with wireless-enabled all-in-one printers. These routers cannot connect to your all-in-one printer because they do not support the multicast protocol. Contact your router supplier for additional assistance and to determine if your router will be able to support the muticast protocol in the future.
