Check ALL cables. Not much info to go on, Is it booting? The HDD spinning? LED's blink? When you reboot, post what happens. The more detail the better we can provide a solution.

Sony vaio 2a2m video card replacement

Can you please try to identify the correct product number? PCG-2A2M is a chassis number that can be common to more than one model. It may possibly be VGC-LM2E or similar - have a look on the screen surround or a sticker on the back.
If it is a VGC-LM1 or -LM2 series then there is a strong possibility that the Nvidia graphics chip is faulty. Have a look at the following link and type "Distorted video, random characters or blank screen issues due to failure of the NVIDIA graphics chip" in the search field.

My computer comes on just fine, but then while loading the screen goes black. You can hear the computer still working. Sometimes the screen will pop back on but it will be faint and flicker then goes...

Regarding the blank screen, your monitor is most likely faulty - I'm assuming an LCD screen, in which case the backlight is failing, possibly the tubes or the the inverters.

Regarding the fans, you may have pulled the fan leads out of their connectors on the motherboard. Check to see if the CPU fan spins while the computer is switched on.

If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LEDflashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faultyinverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. Please click on this link and follow myinstructions to identify the fault and possible fix :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r3598095-faulty_laptop_lcd_screen

Sony VGC-LS35E BLANK SCREEN

Do you mean after windows has booted you have a blank screen?
Boot into windows in safe mode (by pressing F8) during the boot up process.
When booted go into device manager and remove any video drivers under display adapters, if it asks to delete the files as well answer yes.
Reboot into normal mode and let windows find the driver for you.

CPU Fan Doesn't Spin

First time that I had heard of a Sony Vaio VGC-LS1, so I had to go take a look. Pretty Cool!

I can only tell what I think from a tech standpoint of view on it's processor fan.

1.This computer is housed in a housing that incorporates the LCD screen also. It's set up just like a laptop, except the LCD screen is in the body. (Housing)

This means you not only have the heat of the processor when it's running, you also have the heat of the LCD screen.
Plus it's all packed into one tight 'box'.

Processors give off a lot of heat by themselves. If they aren't kept to a certain thermal limit, they will burn up. Literally! Like ON FIRE!

When a processor goes beyond that thermal limit, there is a built-in Fail Safe feature that turns the processor off.

In ANY computer I've seen, or worked on, the processor fan is constantly spinning. As the load for the processor increases, so does the heat given out by the processor, and the fan spins faster.

It is my contention that you have a bad processor fan. I would at least ask a tech in your area, and see if this is so.
If your computer is turning off on you while you are using it,
you have a bad processor fan.

VGC-RB50 Display Problem

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think that the MB or the processor just took a dive on you. Most likely the processor... as you are able to power up. If it were the memory or the video card, you would hear a series of beeps when trying to start the computer. And you already verified the monitor is fine.
