Is words acting a hard discipline to get into?

Voice acting seems like a truly wonderful thing to create a livelihood out of. What are some methods if you are currently out of school and nearly 30 years old? No expertise but good at creating sounds and highlights.

Casting directors for animated productions often phone actors' agents when they're searching for voice talent.

Truthfully, unless you 've got connections to someone who's involved with producing animated features, I do not know how you can split into words acting without some acting background. There are simply lots of people in related job areas who love to do it full-time and would currently do voice acting jobs.

ALWAYS save your files regularly during working on it.
There is an UNDO under the EDIT menu, but that is to late now.
IF you had done ANY 'save" at all, at last resort you could have just exited the program, re-opened the saved file and you would have the file as it was last saved.
Right now you can:
Go to TOOLS, Options, hit the SAVE tab. Tweak as you like.

As far as document recovery now, there is nothing that can be done at this time... except TRYING to have a Document Recovery $peciali$t work on it. How long are you willing to be without your hard drive or computer?

1. Just search for 'Normal.dot' file in your old Computer containing you macro. Copy it..

2. Now search for the same file in your new Computer and replace it with your old Computer's file.

3. Copy Normal.dot from old to new computer and you are done.

You might want to do a scan of the computer for any virus infection. If you have observed that this happens only to MS Word 2003, check for the CPU utilization by going to the Task Manager and clicking the Processes tab; look for the process that eats out high resources and try to End that process. If it stops the slowdown, then that might be the one causing the problem.

Further, if you have the installation disc with the product key, you can just reinstall MS Office.

If you list is in Excel, you should be able to click mailings in Word. It will take you through the steps to create your set of labels. [It will help with other places for your lists besides Excel, too.

How to activate voice dial phone feature


Touchscreen phones simplify the wireless world, especially when combined with voice activation. Although making calls using voice commands was an option before touchscreens became available, the method used to set up this feature is different than it is for non-touchscreen units. It can take time to master the set of procedures that will get the feature working.
Step 1
Create a voice tag. Touch "Contacts" on the today screen. This opens the list of contacts on your phone. From here, do one of three things: you can hold your finger on the desired contact and then tap the "Add Voice Tag," you can select the desired contact, tap on "Menu" and then "Add Voice Tag," or you can tap the desired contact to open their personal screen and then hit "Menu" followed by "Add Voice Tag."
Step 2
Record the voice tag on your phone. Touch the phone number to which you wish to add a voice tag then touch the "Record" button. Record your voice tag for that contact. An icon will be displayed to the right of the number when the voice tag is complete. You can listen to your voice tag by touching the "Play" button on the screen or you can delete it to record a new one.
Step 3
Make a voice tag for a program. Tap the "Start" button on the phone. Go to "Settings" and then the "Personal" tab followed by "Voice Speed Dial." Choose the program for the voice tag and record the voice tag in the same manner as you did for the contact. To open the program with the voice tag, tap "Start," "Programs" and then "Voice Speed Dial."
Step 4
Launch a program or make a call. Make a call by tapping "Start" followed by "Programs" and then "Voice Speed Dial." You will hear a beep. Say the voice tag you recorded for the person you wish to call. You can open a program via the same procedure (by speaking the voice tag created for the program).
Step 5
Check the voice tags you created. Tap on "Start," "Settings," "Personal" tab and then "Voice Speed Dial." A voice tag tab appears and displays a list of your voice tags.

How to record and how to connect to computer how long does it record


sound , which can be found on windows records for as long as you want I think. Bearing in mind that a file is created that is stored on your hard disk then the size of file that is created must be smaller than this. I voice record a fair amount and sometimes record a couple of hours from the radio here in the UK. If you have a huge hard disk , say 4tb , you should be able to record thousands of hours of audio. One thing...if you do record editing is dificult if you make the files too long.

I use act 6.0 i run a business where all i need is name address phone number e mail and calender and i use the act word processor for letters and labels own three xp computers. Love this program . want to...


There are a few things you can try.

1: Try and run ACT in compatibility mode.
Install the program normally
Go to the Directory where Act runs, usually Program Files
Right click on the Act program
Click on the compatibility tab
Select Windows XP
Try and run the Program

2: This one will be a little bit tricker and I won't list out steps unless you really want to try this route. Create a Virtual Machine, or Virtual PC, depending on if you use VMWare, or Virtual PC.

Unable to create pfd with word 2007 document


That is normal, Word 2007 cannot create PDF documents, it can only save files on PDF but, being PDF non his own format, it will lose document format, and may not display pdf.

To create PDF you need the full version (not the free acrobat reader) of adobe acrobat, or a different adobe software (eg illustrator) that manages PDF.

I wnt to know how to wipe my hard drive clean


It depends on your goals. If you just want to clear space for new material, drag everything to the trash and empty it.

You can also format the drive.

If you have a security concern, the above doesn't truly erase everything so you want to overwrite the hard drive.

If this is a one of a kind problem, I'd just create a huge word file, say a bunch of 'x's in a file, and I'd double it and re-double it until you've got a file a few gigs in size, then I'd dupe the file and get my drive pretty full of them. This can actually take some time, so another thing you can do is invest in some disk wiping software, which does the sort of thing I just mentioned, only repetitively and without taking up your time.

I've heard it said that one must multiply re-write the same areas again and again to truly wipe out the data, but I think once is enough for any normal purpose. But professional software is quick and relatively inexpensive and written by folks who've studied the matter iin detail.

If you've got really vital stuff and you don't intend to use the hard drive again, a sledgehammer will do the trick.

None of the CD burning programs seem to work using the wav. files created by the recorder


maybe, you got those wav. files copy controlled. check out the relevant preferences from the voice recorder menus. if this solution doesn't work, simply convert the files into mp3, then convert them into wav. again. I hope this could help..
