When I come back from shopping and go into the dining room the screen freezes. It also won't save the things I have bought. I have tried switching off and back on which used to work but now it freezes so I can't do anything. Can anyone help?
Turning it off and on will make it work less so maybe you let it fell on the ground that may be a reason of why but does this happen with other gamesyou put on? once you tell me i will know what to tell ya thanxs.

Either the battery has stopped functioning properly and needs replacing, or one of the battery terminal connecters has become loose and needs to be replaced with a new battery terminal (as the battery acts as a lithium battery found in a pc to save the bios settings), but they are quite difficult to desolder and reapply, best bet is to probably get another mobo. Touch screen ribbon cable could have worked loose and needs tweaking or the connector is faulty and again needs to be replaced.
The freezing whils using an R4 card can be caused by allowing the reset function to be turned on (it's on the top right corner of the botttom screen (green is on and red is off (red shouldn't lock up, green is reset on and may lock up)))
There are plenty of replacement cases available from a popular auction web site, if your proficient with a screwdriver and have a lot of patience then you should be OK. Take great care when refitting the top screen ribbon cable (and taking it apart in the first place), the WIFI arial cable is awfully fiddly as it needs to be threaded under the slot 1 cartridge mechanism and finally take great care refitting the bottom case as plenty of people have reported snapping the plastic part of the power switch when reassembling. I reckon a first attempt should take 1-2 hours so clear the dining room table and don't forget to buy a tri wing driver when you get your replacement case if you haven't already got one. Best of luck.
