SOURCE: Have a nearly 30-year old

Look for shorted output transistors or possibly shorted rectifier diodes. An immediate fuse blowing up usually means that the power supply is the problem. Keep us posted.

SOURCE: I have an Akai AA-A45 receiver. The display panel

in that receiver ther is a fuse that controls the display, I have the same unit, there are 4 fuses by the power supply, it would be one of those, I cant remeber which one but if the fuse is blown it will turn of the entire display. Check that out and if thats not the problem, then there is a short in the unit.

What is logitech 810-000755 used for or what does it do

810-000755 is the part number for the Logitech C-bt44 USB receiver for the Logitech Cordless Desktop EX 100. See http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/cordless-desktop-ex-100-product/faq#link_19321 . This is the section of the FAQ on using the EX 100 with other USB receivers. The receiver lets select Logitech wireless keyboards and mice communicate with the computer that has this device plugged in. The 810-000755 also works with the Logitech cordless desktop (keyboard/mice) EX 110, and the MK 300. There may be other keyboards and mice that communicate with this receiver. However, newer Logitech keyboards and desktops (keyboard/mice) may not use this receiver.

I hope this helps. Note: the EX 100 uses 2 alkaline AA batteries in the keyboard and 2 alkaline AA batteries in the mouse to communicate with the receiver. I believe the other keyboards and desktops that can communicate with the 810-000755 also use alkaline batteries which last ~6 months before they must be replaced.

How do I connect this system together to get it to work?

The manual for the amplifier and all the other units are here. Use the search feature in the top right with just the model number 'AT-5210'. Getting the items in the right order helps. The turntable obviously goes on top. The Amplifier goes in the middle and all the other units connect to the amp.

Our turntable is not producing any sound even though we have changed the speakers

Be sure the audio-out leads are connected properly to the receiver. They usually will work ok connected to the aux. plugs. Be sure the selector on the front of receiver is set to aux as well. Check the cartridge output wires to insure they are connected to the cartridge ok. If you have the receiver powered up and have the proper settings on the front of the receiver, you should get a little static sound when plugging the audio output leads into their respective input jacks on the receiver.

How ca I (pre) set the tuning buttons on an AKAI AA-V105 stereo receiver. The owners manual is long lost

Now that is an oldie!
From memory, pardon the pun, I think search for the channel you want and press and hold the desired button number. If that doesn't work, there is a large value capacitor on the tuning board that leaks. Be very careful as it is poisonous. Handle with care when replacing it!
It may be worth looking for a manual but Akai went down the tubes in the UK and Europe many years ago.
Hope that fixes your dilema.

Akai Stereo Tuner Amplifier(AA-1125).with faulty tuner

It could be that IC's that control the AM/FM radio have failed and need replacing. On the circuit diagram it has two numbered LA1240 and LA1230. Though it's unlikely both would fail at the same time. Unless you were not using the AM radio and that failed first and then the FM one went. However there is a 7 pin device which is called the Front End. This is located connected to the tuning gang. The metal thing with flanges that in-twine. Both the AM and FM aerial leads go into this before reaching the IC's. It contains a FET and some transistors. It has 12 volts on pin 4. And there is a 300ohm output on pin 3, where both FM and AM signals come out. So you can check that out. If it's not showing 12 volts on that pin there is something wrong or the 300 ohms on 3.
You could at one time get a replacement Front End, but after all this time it's unlikely they are still made. But with a lot of work it should be possible to get inside the Front End and replace the faulty parts.
The service manual is free and online. Just type the model number and service manual into google and you will see the free PDF of it. Parts numbers for the Front End are mentioned, just in case somebody still stocks it!

AKAI 54" Big screen, Turn TV on picture no sound, then within a few minutes humming sound gets louder then stops and starts

Sounds like the audio amplifier circuit is bad. I do not know if where that is in that TV. If you were to hook a boom box or stereo receiver to the TV (via the audio out jacks on the TV), you could monitor the sound that way. If you get clean sound, then the problem is in the amplification circuitry. If you still get humming, etc., then the problem is further upstream.

Also, clarifying... the picture has not changed one iota, correct?
